I'm not a "WordPress installer".
While I’ve worked with premium themes in the past when necessary, I now focus on developing fully custom WordPress themes from scratch, based on the designs you provide.
What I Do
I specialize in Front-End and WordPress development, but over the years, I’ve gained a wide range of skills that allow me to communicate effectively with all team members, from designers to SEO copywriters.
I work exclusively with WordPress, building custom themes entirely from scratch. I generally avoid using premium themes, with only rare exceptions.
In most cases, I customize the WordPress backend to fit the project's needs using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Depending on the requirements, I can also develop everything from scratch using WordPress APIs.
I have strong experience working with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript/jQuery. I also have basic knowledge of major graphic design tools to extract assets when needed.
For writing CSS, I follow the BEM methodology, and to streamline my workflow, I use Grunt as a task manager—for compiling Sass, minifying scripts, and handling other minor tasks.
All my projects are version-controlled with Git. I typically work with SourceTree and GitLab.
I host in-progress projects on my test server, allowing clients to track development progress in real time.
My approach to layout implementation is pixel-perfect, meticulously following the provided design. I pay close attention to every detail of responsiveness to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
Additionally, I’m proficient in command-line operations for common development tasks.
